Ingredients

Suggested for 2 persons.

  • Pizza mass.
  • Oil, preferably from olives.
  • Ham: 2 slices.
  • Salami: 100g.
  • Tomato Paste: 150g.
  • Cheese: 250g.
  • Olives.
  • Mushrooms.

Preparation of the Pizza with Olives and Tomato.

It'sIt's recommended to warm up the oven at 180 °C before placing the ingredients. Once at this temperature, place the mass inside and cook for 3 minutes. Take the mass out of the oven, spread the tomato paste on the mass and spray oil in zig zag.

Cut the ham in squares (around 1x1cm); the tomato in cubes; the salami, olives and mushrooms in slices and grate the cheese. Mix the ingredients and drop onto the mass.

Since the oven should already be at 180ºC, place the mass in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes approximately or until the cheese has completely melted down. Take it out, cut and divide it in equally sizes and serve.
