Travel Mode: ON!
?? Already made the decision to change the mode of travel … well, I always respect the way that each one has to travel, but making a summary of my last 8 days of the route, because I did not have more than a long sum of kilometers made in those days, the same routine of getting up early, having breakfast, about eight hours on the bike, eating and sleeping.
?? Ya tomada la decisión de cambiar el modo de viaje … pues bueno siempre respeto la forma que cada uno tiene de viajar, pero haciendo un resumen de mis últimos 8 días de ruta, pues no tenia más que una suma larga de kilómetros hechos en esos días, la misma rutina de madrugar, desayunar, unas ocho horas sobre la moto, comer y dormir.
It's not about the distance…
?? All this let me to realize that the important thing for me was not to add kilometers, but rather moments! So instead of continuing to roll south as planned, I decided to experience part of the Peruvian Highlands by traveling to the west with the idea of arriving in Cusco. Without knowing that I would have to go from sea level to more than 4,000 meters above sea level, in that section I learned that the time that the gps marks is somewhat inaccurate
?? Todo eso me llevo a darme cuenta que lo importante para mi no era sumar kilómetros si no momentos .! Así que en vez de seguir rodando al sur como estaba en los planes, decidí experimentar parte de la Sierra Peruana viajando al Oeste con la idea de llegar a Cusco. Sin saber que tendría que pasar del nivel del Mar a más de los 4.000 msnm, en ese tramo aprendí que el tiempo que marca el gps es algo inexacto
Why travel? A bomb of experiences.
?? Well, this was one of the many beginnings that this trip had, throughout the 7 months of the route there were some milestones or important moments that changed things, always in a positive aspect that in a certain way open your mind, make you grow and change your way of thinking and you see things differently. I think that this is the most valuable thing and it is the answer to the typical question of “Why travel” or “Why do you travel?” It is an explosion of information, sensations, feelings and knowledge that lead you to undertake a spiraling path upward with constant learning and you only have grow up .!
?? En fin este fue uno de los tantos inicios que tuvo este viaje, a lo largo de los 7 meses de ruta hubieron algunos hitos o momentos importantes que cambiaron las cosas, siempre en un aspecto positivo que de cierta manera te abren la mente, te hacen crecer y cambian tu forma de pensar y ves las cosas de diferente manera. Pienso que eso es lo más valioso y es la respuesta a la típica pregunta de “¿Por qué viajar?” o “¿Para qué viajas?” es una explosión de información sensaciones sentimientos y conocimientos que te llevan a emprender en un camino en espiral hacia arriba con un Constante aprendizaje y solo te queda crecer .!
